 We are currently offering a 60 day money back guarantee for the Power-Save 1200™. To qualify for the money back guarantee, you must provide us with your power bills showing the Power-Save 1200™ did not reduce your bill. We need to see the bills for the 60 days that the Power-Save 1200™ was installed, plus the bill from the month before the Power-Save 1200™ was installed. Your bill must also reflect kilowatt hour (kWh) usage from the previous year for the same period.
Once we determine that the Power-Save 1200™ did not reduce your electricity bill during the 60 day money back guarantee period, we will refund your money minus S&H. ALL returns, exchanges or refunds are minus S&H costs.
The customer is responsible for all S&H costs to return the item(s). We highly recommend you track your returns with delivery confirmation, so you may confirm we have received your item(s) for return. You may also want to consider insuring your return. Gilchrist Electric, Inc. will not be responsible for the loss of any returns.
Refused Orders/Packages
Refusing an order/package upon attempted delivery does NOT entitle you to a FULL refund. Refused orders/packages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Plus our cost to ship the package to you & return shipping back to us. ***As we are charged return postaged for all refused packages.

The installation cost of the Power-Save 1200™ is not included in the 60 day money back guarantee, therefore it will NOT be refunded.
To return your Power-Save 1200™, you must:
- email us for a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Please clearly mark RMA # _ _ _ on the outside of the package. All packages without RMA#s will be refused.
